Brief
To help launch Sagres, Jo Youl required a series of enticing ‘teasers’ videos that gave glimpses into the property and surrounds as well as a ‘walk through’ video featuring all rooms, facilities and nearby coastal environment.
Outcome
Five 30-second social media videos were produced, each highlighting a specific element of the property, from its master bedroom with incredible views of passing ships, to its unique art, bar, coastal surrounds and distinct pitched roof outline. Each video was supplied in multiple formats for use on different social media platforms and worked to entice visitors to book and discover the property for themselves.
A longer ‘walk through’ video for the Sagres website showcases the house in full allowing prospective clients to see the various rooms and facilities on offer.

Sagres is an exclusive accommodation offering in Queenscliffe on the Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria. Overlooking the entrance to Port Phillip Bay, the property offers clear views of the ships as they pass in and out of The Heads. Designed by architect Wayne Gillespie and constructed in 1991 the house has been refreshed and reinvigorated by property entrepreneur Jo Youl for the luxe accommodation market.
